Religious Education

All of our work happens in a context – the school community.
"At the centre is Jesus Christ, teacher and supreme catechist. It is he who will speak to adult and child alike on their pilgrim journey.”
(The Easter People)

The aim of our RE department is essentially to bring pupils into a deeper knowledge and understanding of God by experiencing a loving relationship with his Son, Jesus Christ.

Religious Education is a compulsory subject at Key Stages 3 and 4 and may be taken as an option at Key Stage 5.
